About Us
Our company has proudly been serving the area for over 30 years. We work closely with our clients to visuailze their ideas and ensure that they have a role in the creative process.
Getting started
We start with a no obligation meeting at your site with one of our designers to disuss your Ideas and needs. The meeting allows you to get a feel for our designer and share ideas .
Our designers will ask you questions such as: How much do you garden? How much do you entertain and how many people? What type of plantings do you like or dislike? What materials are you looking at? What views do you want to enhance or screen out? What is your time frame for completion? How does you property drain? What future plans do you have?
Our designer will discuss with you at this time:
Design Fees (If applicable) When you can expect the design or estimate
Schedule a review meeting The company's workload How we will access your property and how it will be repaired if needed.
You will receive an estimate, or meet again for a plan presentation, usually, in 5-7days.
After your review of the estimate, we can make revisions as needed, call or visit referrals, and look at materials and plants.
Upon acceptance of an estimate, you will be presented with a proposal for your review. All legal issues will be stated in this proposal, such as, deposits, guarantees, start and completion dates, and signatures.
We ask for 1/3 of the cost of your proposal as a deposit at signing. We ask for 1/3 again at the start of your project with the balance due upon completion.
Upon receipt of a deposit and signed proposal you will be placed on our schedule.
We will stay in contact with you concerning our schedule and possible start date.
